1. What types of units do you have?

Well, we have 5 types. Ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Each filled with its unique decorations and carefully picked furniture. Suited for single or family, we aim to give you a pleasant and cozy feeling.

2. Are your units available for purchase?

We are sorry, but our units are only available for rent.

3. Is there a minimum length of stay?

We have a daily and weekly rate for those who wish to stay short-term.

4. How many units do you have?

We only have 18 units. Giving you the utmost in privacy and security.

5. Are the units furnished?

Yes. Our units are fully furnished.

6. Do you allow pets?

We are sorry, but we do not allow pets other than fish.

7. Do I have to pay for reservation?

We do not require for you to pay any booking fees.

8. How do I pay for the amenities?

Each month we will provide you with the amount that is charged by the phone and electric company. Depending on any other services that you request, the monthly bills will be sent to you as well. Kindly remit payment to us, and we will take care of the rest.

9. Do you have cable television?

Yes, we do.

10. Do you have broadband internet?

For broadband internet, we can have it set up for you in a few days upon request.

11. What facilities do you have?

We have an outdoor swimming pool, mini cafe, BBQ setup, pool table, auditorium hall, and a small gym.

12. How strategic is your location?

Well, fortunately we are in a location where we are close to places that cover our daily needs. The famous Pondok Indah Mall is only about 15 minutes away. If you need to go to the hospital, there's the Pondok Indah Hospital located about 10 minutes from our location. For those of you who have children that go to school at Jakarta International School, they can walk a good 5 minutes to get there. Also for those that have small children, the Cherry Pre-School is located right across the street from us. Also there are various other places such as the Pertamina Gas Station, Hero Supermarket, and Various Restaurants that are about 2 minutes walking distance. 

For those of you that need to get to the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport or other places that is outside the South Jakarta area, we are about 15 minutes away from the nearest ring road highway. 

13. Is your auditorium hall available for rent?

Yes, it is. The auditorium hall can be used for multipurpose social events such as private wedding ceremonies, birthday celebrations, and seminars.
